このたび皆様へ「総額表示」の変更をお知らせいたします。「総額表示」とは、消費者に商品の販売やサービスの提供を行う課税事業者が、値札やチラシなどにおいて、あらかじめその取引価格を表示する際に、消費税額(地方消費税額を含みます。)を含めた価格を表示することをいいます。
「消費税の円滑かつ適正な転嫁の確保のための消費税の転嫁を阻害する行為の是正等に関する特別措置法」(消費税転嫁対策特別措置法・平成25年10月1日施行)第10条で、二度にわたる消費税率の引上げに際し、消費税の円滑かつ適正な転嫁の確保及び事業者による値札の貼り替え等の事務負担に配慮する観点から、総額表示義務の特例として、平成25年10月1日から令和3年3月31日までの間(注)、「現に表示する価格が税込価格であると誤認されないための措置」を講じていれば税込価格を表示することを要しないこととされてきました。
当オフィスでは延長期間の期限を前に、設定料金につきまして税込価格を表示させていただきました。従来の価格表示と異なるためご覧頂いた際に驚かれるかもしれませんが、これまでのご利用料金と同様でございますので、表示の変更につきましてご了承いただけますようお願いいたします。
