　After the first free consultation, we will guide you to an assessment (psychological detailed examination) if you wish. As a result of the assessment, we will provide psychotherapy (counseling) if you think that you are in need of treatment and wish to receive treatment. We mainly provide cognitive behavioral therapy individually or in small groups.
   In addition, individual counseling is also available.

　We speak English to foreigners, so don't worry if you are not fluent in Japanese.

　We also offer on-site (face-to-face) as well as online (Skype/Zoom) services so that those living in areas far from Fukuoka can also use our services, so please feel free to contact us.

　For families, we offer regular family counseling and small groupp programs with other families（Family Day）.
