力による一方的な現状変更は「いかなる地域でも」許されるべきではない。この考えに強く同意し、身近な人達と共有し続けていきます。
心理系日本最大の学会である日本心理臨床学会。第45回大会の対面大会が横浜で開催されました。今年は理論・調査研究の枠組みで発表するため、当日までは仕事と準備に追われていましたが、無事に終えることが出来ました。意見交換を通して今後の課題や進む先が少し見えてきた気がするため、足元を確かめながら進んでまります。当日お世話になった先生方、ご清聴いただいたフロアの先生方、誠にありがとうございました。Web大会は今月末まで続くためプログラムを確認しながら過ごしています。
自分はどうしてこの仕事に就き、何を目的に継続しているのだろうか。性的問題行為などのように、やめたいけどやめられない様々な行為に悩みながら当オフィスへつながって下さる方々にとって何を提供し、それが社会にとって、自身にとってどのような意味を持つのだろうか。今後も考え続け、研究意識を形にできるよう努めてまいります。
Unilateral attempts to change the status quo by force should not be tolerated in any region. I strongly agree with this view and will continue to share it with those around me.
I attended the 45th annual conference of the Japanese Association of Clinical Psychology—the largest academic society in Japan within the field of psychology—which was held in person in Yokohama. As I was presenting within the framework of theoretical and empirical research, I was kept busy juggling work and preparations right up until the event, but I have returned safely after a successful conclusion. Through the exchange of ideas, I feel I have gained some insight into future challenges and the path ahead, so I intend to move forward while carefully grounding myself.I would like to express my sincere gratitude to all the clinicians who assisted me on the day of the event, as well as to all those who listened to my presentation. The online portion of the conference continues until the end of this month, so I am spending this time reviewing the program.
Why did I choose this profession, and what is my purpose in continuing it? I reflect on what I can offer to those who come to this office—individuals struggling with behaviors they wish to stop but cannot, such as problematic sexual behaviors—and consider the significance of this work for both society and myself. I intend to keep exploring these questions and strive to translate my research-oriented mindset into tangible practice.
