研修報告（認知行動療法）Training Report（Cognitive Behavioral Therapy）
力による一方的な現状変更は「いかなる地域でも」許されるべきではない。この考えに強く同意し、地球上で続く紛争の一刻も早い終結を願い、この願いをこれからも身近な人達と共有し続けていきます。
今夏、受けている研修の一つである認知行動療法について少しご報告します。講師の説明が一貫している興味深い研修でした。アセスメントの重要性を再認識すると同時に、罰を用いることの意味について理解を整理することに繋がる内容です。相談の対象となる行動の背景等についての仮説をもって介入していくこと。罰には行動を無くす効果はないため、私たち専門職は治療・支援で何をすべきなのかというアイデア。このような事柄を整理する機会となりました。
やめたいけどやめられない行動（性犯罪など）でお困りの方々とご家族のお役に立てるよう、専門職としての研鑽と心身の健康管理を今後も継続してまいります。
Unilateral changes to the status quo through force should never be tolerated in any region. I strongly agree with this idea, and hope for an end to the ongoing conflicts around the world as soon as possible. I will continue to share this wish with those close to me.
I would like to share a brief update on one of the training courses I am attending this summer, which focuses on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). It was an engaging session featuring consistent explanations from the instructor. The content helped me reaffirm the importance of assessment while also clarifying my understanding regarding the implications of using punishment. It provided an opportunity to organize my thoughts on key concepts: approaching interventions with hypotheses about the background of the target behaviors, and—given that punishment is ineffective at eliminating behavior—considering what we, as professionals, should actually be doing in terms of treatment and support.
Lastly I will continue to pursue professional development and maintain our own physical and mental well-being so that we may be of assistance to individuals and their families struggling with behaviors they wish to stop but cannot (such as sexual offenses).
