研修報告（集団認知行動療法）Training Report（Group Cognitive Behavioral Therapy）
地球上で続く紛争の一刻も早い終結を願い続けていきます。
春先に集団認知行動療法の研修会に参加しました。東京の会場へ日本各地から自己研鑽を目的に様々な領域の臨床家が集い、新しい情報を手にし考え、意見交換する一日。このような場を提供していただき大変ありがたい思いです。
認知行動療法も集団療法も、提供する人によってその内容・雰囲気・枠組み等が少し変わります。変わって問題ない部分とそうでない部分を理解すること、自身の提供しているものが及第点に達しているかどうかなど、そのあたりを振り返る基準や客観視する機会を我々臨床家自身が求めようとしなければ手にすることはできません。実際に求め、手にして体験すると揺らぎ戸惑うこともありますが、繰り返しながら臨床を継続することの大切さを再認識する機会でした。
当オフィスは今春から福岡県（福岡市博多区）に加えて、兵庫県（神戸市中央区）においても対応を始めました。やめたいけどやめられない行為（違法行為、その他の問題行為）でお悩みの方やそのご家族に対する効果的な支援を実践していくために今後も研鑽を継続してまいります。

I participated in a group cognitive behavioral therapy training workshop in early spring. Clinicians from various fields across Japan gather at the Tokyo venue for a day of self-improvement, acquiring new information, reflecting, and exchanging opinions. I am very grateful for the opportunity to participate in such a workshop.
Both cognitive behavioral therapy and group therapy can vary slightly in content, atmosphere, and framework depending on the provider. Understanding which aspects can and cannot be changed, and whether what we are providing is meeting a passing standard, are things that we clinicians cannot achieve unless we actively seek out criteria and opportunities for objective self-reflection. While actually seeking, obtaining, and experiencing these things can sometimes lead to wavering and confusion, it was an opportunity to reaffirm the importance of continuing clinical practice through repetition.
This spring, our office expanded its services to include Hyogo Prefecture (Kobe City, Chuo Ward) in addition to Fukuoka Prefecture (Fukuoka City, Hakata Ward). We will continue to hone our skills to provide effective support to individuals and their families who are struggling with behaviors they want to stop but cannot (illegal acts, other problematic behaviors, etc.).
