当オフィスでは下記期間を夏季休暇とさせていただきます。
夏季休暇期間：2022年8月16日～19日
ご不便おかけし申し訳ございません。当期間にいただきますお電話やメールによるお問い合わせにつきましては、8月20日（土）より順次対応させていただきます。

I sincerely hope that the war will end as soon as possible. I do agree with the idea that unilateral changes in the status quo by force should not be allowed in any region.
Our office will be taking summer holidays during the following period.
Summer holidays period: August 16 to 19, 2022
