立秋を過ぎましたが猛暑日が続きます。ご自愛下さい。
猛暑、大雨、コロナウイルス感染拡大、侵攻、戦争。地球上で起こる災害や人災に胸を痛め、不安を抱き、過ごしております。不安で怖くもありますが、関心を持ち続ける、ことが自分に出来る小さなことと自覚し、続けてまいります。
最近いくつかの研修会に参加しました。いずれも教育分野に従事する有資格者を対象とするものです。学校という組織で発揮すべきわれわれの専門性とはどういうことで、誰のために、どのように周囲とつながっていくことが望まれるのか、ということを考え、確認する機会となりました。
数年ぶりに対面での研修に参加できたこと、それが個人的にも思い入れのある土地で開催されたことなど、感じることが多くありました。今でも若干頭が飽和状態のままですので、少しずつ整理してまいります。
当オフィスでは、性犯罪、薬物使用、窃盗、暴力、詐欺など、やめたいけどやめられない問題行為（違法行為）に悩む人々への治療を提供しています。この度の研修は教育関連と異なる分野ではありますが、専門家として重視すべき視点や姿勢に共通するところは多くあるとあらためて感じる機会となりました。お悩みの方々とご家族の方々、共に考える機会をもってみませんか。ご連絡お待ちしております。

It's past the beginning of autumn, but the hot days continue. Please take care of yourself.
Extreme heat, heavy rain, coronavirus outbreak, invasion, war. I am living in pain and anxiety about disasters and man-made disasters that occur on the earth. I will continue to keep my interest being aware that it is a small thing that I can do even though that makes me feel anxious and scared.
I recently attended a few workshops. Both are intended for qualified persons engaged in the field of education. It was an opportunity for me to think and confirm what kind of expertise we should demonstrate in an organization called a school, for whom and how we should connect with those around us. As I was able to participate in face-to-face trainings for the first time in several years, and one of them was held in a place that I personally have fond memories of, my head is still a little saturated, so then I will organize it little by little.
Our office has provided treatment for people who suffer from sexual crimes, substance use, theft, violence, fraud, and other problems that they want to stop but cannot stop (illegal acts). Although the field is different from education, I feel that there are many things in common in terms of perspectives and attitudes that should be emphasized as experts.
