一年が経っても戦争が終わりません。力による一方的な現状変更は「いかなる地域でも」許されるべきではない、との考えに賛同します。
一刻も早い戦争の終結を切に願います。
昨秋から少しずつ、ご縁あって、訪問看護ステーション様よりご依頼をいただくようになりました。心理の立場でどのようなサポートを訪問を通して出来るのかを話し合いながら現在も継続させていただいています。ご依頼をいただく方の御状況をおうかがいし、実際に訪問に同行させてもらってアセスメントを行い、プランを立て、同意をいただければ訪問をスタート。このように新たな挑戦の機会をいただけたことに感謝します。
当オフィスでは主に性犯罪、薬物使用、窃盗、暴力、詐欺など、やめたいけどやめられない問題行為（違法行為）に悩む人々への支援を提供しています。中には、医療・支援機関へ相談しても拒否され、一人でお悩みになっているかたも少なくありません。同様に、訪問看護ステーションとの連携を通して、地域には支援を必要としているけれども十分に支援が行き届いていない箇所が多くある。そのように感じます。支援を必要とする方々が孤立しないで済む地域社会における支援体制を、公的・民間機関全体で創っていけることができれば、という思いもやはり湧いてきます。
今後も、困ったときはお互いさまの精神、で当オフィスで出来ること、自分自身に出来ることは何かということを自問しながら丁寧な仕事を心掛けていきたいと思います。
Everyone who uses our office and everThe war is not over yet.
The war is not over yet though a year has passed. I do agree with the idea that unilateral changes in the status quo by force should not be allowed in any region. I sincerely hope that the war will end as soon as possible.
As luck would have it, we have been receiving requests from visiting nursing stations since last fall. We are continuing to discuss what kind of support we can provide through visits from a psychological point of view. We will ask about the situation of the person making the request, have them actually accompany the visit, make an assessment, make a plan, and start the visit once the consent is obtained. Thank you for giving this opportunity to take on new challenges.
Our office mainly provides support to people who are suffering from problematic behavior (illegal behavior) that they want to stop but cannot stop, such as sexual crime, drug use, theft, violence, and fraud. Among them, there are many people who are refused even if they consult with medical and support institutions, and are worried alone. Similarly, through cooperation with home-visit nursing stations, there are many places in the community that need support but are not receiving sufficient support. I feel like that. I also think that it would be great if we could create a support system in the community where people who need support would not be isolated.
We should help each other in times of need. I would like to ask myself what I can do in our office and what I can do with the spirit of each other, and I would like to do my best work.
