広島で開催された日本認知療法・認知行動療法学会に参加しました。本学会には初参加。最近の認知行動療法はどのような動きで、皆さんはどのように進めているのだろうか、という興味が強まり、認知行動療法：「今、ここ」から「未来」へ、という大会テーマに大いに惹かれての参加です。
司法矯正領域に関する講演やシンポジウムこそ多くはなかったものの、プログラムは盛り沢山で、分野も多岐にわたる印象です。その中で、メタ認知、動機づけ、ケーススタディ、スーパービジョン、など非常に興味深い内容のお話を拝聴。第3世代の認知行動療法ポジティブ手法のワークショップへも参加し、日々の臨床について振り返り、考える機会となりました。
当オフィスにおいても認知行動療法を基本にした再犯防止へ向けた治療を提供しています。今後も、性犯罪、薬物使用、窃盗、暴力、詐欺など、やめたいけどやめられない問題行為（違法行為）に悩む人々への支援の精度を上げるべく努力してまいります。やめられない行為でお悩みの方々、ご家族のみなさま、どうかお一人で悩まずに共に考える機会をもってみませんか。ご連絡お待ちしております。

I participated in the Japanese Society of Cognitive Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy held in Hiroshima. This is my first time attending this conference. I became very interested in what kind of developments there are in cognitive behavioral therapy and how people are proceeding with it, and I was very attracted to the conference theme of cognitive behavioral therapy: From the "here and now" to the "future."
Although there were not many lectures or symposiums related to the judicial corrections field, the program was rich and covered a wide range of fields. During this session, we listened to very interesting talks on topics such as metacognition, motivation, case studies, and supervision. I also participated in a workshop on the third generation of positive cognitive behavioral therapy, which gave me an opportunity to reflect and think about my daily clinical practice.
Our office also provides treatment aimed at preventing recidivism based on cognitive behavioral therapy. We will continue to strive to improve the precision of our support for people who are struggling with problematic behaviors (illegal behaviors) that they want to stop but cannot, such as sexual crimes, drug use, theft, violence, and fraud. For those who are worried about unstoppable behavior and their families, please do not worry about it alone, but take the opportunity to think about it together. We are looking forward to hearing from you.
