The war is not over yet. I do hope that the war will end as soon as possible.
I am pleased to report that I recently had the opportunity to lecture at a training session for professionals in the field of education. The topic I was given in advance was "The effectiveness of cognitive behavioral therapy in supporting children. I wondered how many people actually use cognitive behavioral therapy approaches when supporting children, how they feel about its effectiveness, and what constitutes effectiveness in the first place. Based on these simple questions that arose in my mind, I made preparations to openly share my findings with the professionals involved and arrived at the day of the event.".
In my daily clinical practice, I continue to study and explore how to improve cognitive behavioral therapy in a way that is easy to understand and that people want to try. It's not easy, but it's an endless source of interest. Depending on the provider, there are differences in how concepts and skills are understood, how they are communicated, and how relationships are built. As I completed my role as a lecturer, I gained new insights and was inspired by the exchange of opinions that day. I hope that this will leave you with some small, new, and mysterious inspiration. I would like to express my gratitude once again for this opportunity.
