力による一方的な現状変更は「いかなる地域でも」許されるべきではない、との考えに強く同意します。
学生時代、そして心理臨床を始めて間もない時に先達の先生方の言葉と出会いました。
「私たちは研鑽を怠っていると、知らないうちに専門家ではなく普通の人になってしまいます。困った状況に陥った時、研鑽を続ける専門家とそうでない専門家、どちらから支援を受けたいと思うでしょうか？」
「資格取得後は毎年、学会・研修会などで発表する。もちろん参加もする。それは専門家としての義務です。」
当時は、大変な世界に足を踏み入れてしまった、と負担と不安を感じました。同時に、それらの言葉を大切に心に留めて、可能な限り続けてまいりました。
今年は、所属学会での発表と、集団認知行動療法と動機づけ面接のトレーニング等への参加を予定しています。
やめたいけどやめられない行動（主に性犯罪）で悩んでおられるかたへ認知行動療法をはじめとする心理的治療を安定して提供するために、心身の管理を行うことは勿論のこと、効果的に提供できるように研鑽を継続してまいります。

I strongly agree that unilateral changes to the status quo through force should not be permitted in any region.
When I was a student and shortly after I started my clinical psychology practice, I came across the words of my predecessors. "If we neglect our training, we will unknowingly become ordinary people rather than experts. When you find yourself in a difficult situation, who would you rather receive support from: an expert who continues to train, or one who does not ?"
After obtaining the qualification, you will be required to make presentations at academic conferences and training sessions every year. Of course, you will also participate. That is your duty as a professional." At the time, I felt burdened and anxious, knowing that I had entered a difficult world. At the same time, I kept those words close to my heart and continued as long as I could."
This year I am scheduled to give a presentation at an academic conference I belong to and take part in training in group cognitive behavioural therapy and motivational interviewing. In order to provide stable psychological therapy, including cognitive behavioural therapy, to people who are struggling with behaviours (mainly sexual offences) that they want to stop but cannot, I will continue to train myself so that I can provide them effectively, as well as managing myself.
