　2020年春、コロナ禍と同時期に独立し、皆様のおかげで開設から四年目を迎えることができました。誠にありがとうございます。
　自分は誰のためにこの仕事をしているのだろうか。治療場面で示す自分の一つ一つの言動は一体誰のためのものであるのか。この仕事を続けていくうえで忘れてはならない治療者自身への問いかけを持ち続け、四苦八苦して悩みながらも、より洗練された治療環境の提供を目指していきたい。開設から四年目を迎え、あらためてそのように感じています。

　性犯罪や薬物使用、窃盗や暴力など、やめたいけどやめられない行為で悩んでいる方々。大変な思いをしながら当オフィスへつながってくださる皆様に、再出発へ向けたアセスメントや治療を共に頑張ってみようと思っていただけるように、治療を受けることで被害を受けるかたがたが一人でも減るように、今後も研鑽を積んでまいります。どうぞよろしくお願いいたします。

　Spring 2020, we opened our office independently at the same time as the Corona disaster. Thanks to everyone, we are reaching the fourth year since the establishment. We do appreciate it.
　Who am I doing this job for ? Who is each of my words and actions shown in the treatment scene for ? I would like to continue to ask myself as therapist, which I must not forget in continuing this work, and aim to provide a more sophisticated treatment environment while struggling and worried. In this way, I thought so again after 3 year.
　People who are suffering from sexual crimes, substance use, theft, violence, and other acts that they want to quit but cannot quit. So that everyone who connects to our office with painful feelings will try to do their best in the assessment and treatment for a restart, so that the number of people who will be damaged by receiving treatment will be reduced as much as possible. We will continue to study."

活動報告（訪問看護ステーションとの連携）Activity Report（Collaboration with home-visit nursing stations）

　一年が経っても戦争が終わりません。力による一方的な現状変更は「いかなる地域でも」許されるべきではない、との考えに賛同します。
　一刻も早い戦争の終結を切に願います。
　
　昨秋から少しずつ、ご縁あって、訪問看護ステーション様よりご依頼をいただくようになりました。心理の立場でどのようなサポートを訪問を通して出来るのかを話し合いながら現在も継続させていただいています。ご依頼をいただく方の御状況をおうかがいし、実際に訪問に同行させてもらってアセスメントを行い、プランを立て、同意をいただければ訪問をスタート。このように新たな挑戦の機会をいただけたことに感謝します。

　当オフィスでは主に性犯罪、薬物使用、窃盗、暴力、詐欺など、やめたいけどやめられない問題行為（違法行為）に悩む人々への支援を提供しています。中には、医療・支援機関へ相談しても拒否され、一人でお悩みになっているかたも少なくありません。同様に、訪問看護ステーションとの連携を通して、地域には支援を必要としているけれども十分に支援が行き届いていない箇所が多くある。そのように感じます。支援を必要とする方々が孤立しないで済む地域社会における支援体制を、公的・民間機関全体で創っていけることができれば、という思いもやはり湧いてきます。

　今後も、困ったときはお互いさまの精神、で当オフィスで出来ること、自分自身に出来ることは何かということを自問しながら丁寧な仕事を心掛けていきたいと思います。

　The war is not over yet though a year has passed. I do agree with the idea that unilateral changes in the status quo by force should not be allowed in any region. I sincerely hope that the war will end as soon as possible.

　As luck would have it, we have been receiving requests from visiting nursing stations since last fall. We are continuing to discuss what kind of support we can provide through visits from a psychological point of view. We will ask about the situation of the person making the request, have them actually accompany the visit, make an assessment, make a plan, and start the visit once the consent is obtained. Thank you for giving this opportunity to take on new challenges.
　Our office mainly provides support to people who are suffering from problematic behavior (illegal behavior) that they want to stop but cannot stop, such as sexual crime, drug use, theft, violence, and fraud. Among them, there are many people who are refused even if they consult with medical and support institutions, and are worried alone. Similarly, through cooperation with home-visit nursing stations, there are many places in the community that need support but are not receiving sufficient support. I feel like that. I also think that it would be great if we could create a support system in the community where people who need support would not be isolated.
　We should help each other in times of need. I would like to ask myself what I can do in our office and what I can do with the spirit of each other, and I would like to do my best work.

　新型コロナワクチンの接種を5回終えました。ワクチン接種に関しては、異なる立場や状態による様々な考え方があります。一つの考えを押し付けるだけではなく、その人の選択にどのような理由があるのか想像をし、話を聞いてみる、意見交換をしてみる、そういう過程が大切なのだろうと思います。

　新型コロナウイルスの感染が再拡大している福岡において、当オフィスでは引き続きオンライン（Skype、Zoom）とオンサイト（対面式）の両方での対応を進めてまいります。
　性犯罪や薬物使用、その他の問題行為をやめたくてもやめられず、お悩みのかた、一人で抱え込まずに一度お問い合わせください。どんな生き方を望み、そのために何をすればよいのか、共に考える機会をつくってみませんか。お待ちしております。

「性犯罪再犯防止」メディア取材のお知らせ　News of media coverage

　先日、西日本新聞社・報道センター社会部よりご依頼があり、取材を受けました。取材の一部が2022年10月6日（木）朝刊の記事として掲載されたと聞いております。その報告を簡単にいたします。
　「コロナ禍で盗撮事犯が急増している状況に取材過程で着目しており、その背景や理由を深掘りすることで現状や課題が見えてくるのではないか。盗撮を減らすためには、加害者側の視点も踏まえて注意喚起する必要性があると感じている。」という視点をお持ちの記者のかたへ、当オフィスにおける心理臨床からうかがえる事柄などを私見としてお話いたしました。

　以下のような内容にまとめられ記事になったと聞いております。
　【…私たちはみな、環境の影響を受けながら日々の心身の状態を管理して生活を送っている。数年前から続くコロナ禍が私たちの日常生活に与えている影響は少なくなく、それが環境における閉塞感に拍車をかけ、その中で徐々に蓄積する欲求不満を盗撮という望ましくない手段で発散してしまうようになった人もいると考えられる。また、特殊な性的問題を抱えている特別な人たちだけが加害者になるというよりも、ごく普通に生活していた人がある時点を機に望ましくない手段で欲求を充足してしまうようになった、と捉えられる場合の方が多い。…】

　性犯罪の再犯を防ぐことは決して容易なことではありませんが、適切な自己管理を継続することは可能です。そのためには一定期間の（決して永遠にではなく）治療・支援を受けて、自己管理のコツを習得していただくことが望まれます。当オフィスは小さな存在ではありますが、社会における治療・支援機関の一つとして、やめたいけれどやめられない行為で悩んでいる方とその家族のお役に立てるよう、今後も対応を継続してまいります。

　The other day, I was interviewed by a request from the Nishinippon Shimbun Press Center social department. I heard that part of the interview was published as an article in the morning edition of Thursday, October 6, 2022. I will make that report easier.
　I explained things that I could see from clinical psychology at our office as my personal opinion to a reporter who had a point of view such as“During the interview process, we focused on the rapid increase in voyeurism due to the corona crisis, and by digging deeper into the background and reasons, we may be able to see the current situation and issues. I feel that it is necessary to raise awareness based on the perspective of the perpetrators."
　I heard that the article was summarized as follows. 【…We all live our lives under the influence of our environment, managing our physical and mental conditions on a daily basis. The corona crisis that has continued for several years has had a considerable impact on our daily lives. It is conceivable that some people have come to vent their gradual accumulation of frustration through the undesirable means of voyeurism as they feel trapped in their environment. Also, rather than only special people with special sexual problems become perpetrators, it seems that people who have lived a normal life has started to satisfy their desires with undesirable means at some point. 　Preventing recidivism is never easy, but it is possible to maintain proper self-management. For that reason, it is desirable for some people to receive proper treatment and support for a certain period of time (not forever) and learn the way of self-management.Although our office is a small entity, as one of the treatment and support institutions in society, we would like to continue to support those who are suffering from behavior that they want to stop but cannot stop, and their families.

湖にて亡き友人を偲ぶ　Remembering a deceased friend at the lake

　亡き友人にゆかりのある地域で研修を受けると訪れる湖があります。今回も訪れました。残念ながら学生時代の事故で夭逝した友人は、子供の頃から文武両道に優れるだけでなく、悠揚たる物腰も備え、大いに人を惹きつける人物でした。クラスは違っていても一緒に遊ぶ機会も多く、私の兄妹を可愛がってもくれました。進む道こそ違いましたが、互いの道を歩む中で彼は私を刺激してくれていたと一方的に思っています。事故のニュースを受け、一人っ子でもご両親に甘やかされることなく育った彼らしい正義感から行動して亡くなってしまったことは、色々な意味で不公平の極みだとも自分勝手に強く憤りました。彼の死について感じることを私は今もまだ上手く表現できません。
　酒を酌み交わしたことはありませんでしたので、湖を訪れる際は二人分の酒とつまみを持参し、しばらく湖のほとりに座ります。友人が生きていたら。彼が今も生きていたら、どのような価値観をもち、どのような選択をしながら、社会とどのようにかかわって生きているだろう。友人の居る場所から現在の世界をどのように見ているだろう。そんなことを想像し、知らず知らずのうちに彼に問いかけながら、いつの間にか今の自分の在り方を振り返っています。生きられている者として、恥ずかしくない生き方をできているだろうか。そして、背中を押してもらうような気持ちになり帰路につきます。
　現在、私は自分で全く予想していなかった生き方を選択していますが、その選択も過去の様々な選択と同じように、その時その時に熟考して選んだ結果の積み重ねであると理解しています。当オフィスとのご縁を選択してつながって下さる方々、ご縁をつなげて下さる方々に対して誠実な対応を心掛ける。今回もその気持ちを新たにしました。
 
　There is a lake that I visit when I receive training in an area related to my deceased friend. I visited again this time. Unfortunately, a friend who died young in an accident when he was a student was not only excellent in both the literary and the martial arts, but also possessed a relaxed demeanor, and was a person who attracted people greatly. Even though we were in different classes, we had many opportunities to play together, and he cared about my brothers and sisters.
　Although our paths were different, I unilaterally believe that he inspired me as we walked each other's paths. When I received the news of the accident, I was selfishly and strongly resented that even though he was an only child, he died because he acted out of a sense of justice that was typical of him who grew up without being spoiled by his parents. I still can't express how I feel about his death.
　We had never shared sake before, so when I visited the lake, I would bring sake and snacks for two and sit by the lake for a while. If my friend was alive... If he were still alive today, what kind of values he would have, what choices he would make, and how he would interact with society ? How does he see the present world from where he is?. Imagining such things, and unknowingly asking him questions, I was looking back at my current way of being. As a living person, am I living a life that is not embarrassing? And I feel like I'm getting a push from him on my way home.
　Currently, I am choosing a way of life that I did not anticipate at all, but I understand that this choice is the accumulation of the results of my careful consideration at that time, like the various choices I made in the past. I will try to be sincere in my work with those who choose to connect with this office and those who connect with me. I renewed that feeling this time.

　立秋を過ぎましたが猛暑日が続きます。ご自愛下さい。
　猛暑、大雨、コロナウイルス感染拡大、侵攻、戦争。地球上で起こる災害や人災に胸を痛め、不安を抱き、過ごしております。不安で怖くもありますが、関心を持ち続ける、ことが自分に出来る小さなことと自覚し、続けてまいります。

　最近いくつかの研修会に参加しました。いずれも教育分野に従事する有資格者を対象とするものです。学校という組織で発揮すべきわれわれの専門性とはどういうことで、誰のために、どのように周囲とつながっていくことが望まれるのか、ということを考え、確認する機会となりました。
　数年ぶりに対面での研修に参加できたこと、それが個人的にも思い入れのある土地で開催されたことなど、感じることが多くありました。今でも若干頭が飽和状態のままですので、少しずつ整理してまいります。

As I was able to participate in face-to-face trainings for the first time in several years, and one of them was held in a place that I personally have fond memories of, my head is still a little saturated, so then I will organize it little by little.

社会復帰へ向けた支援につきまして　Regarding support for returning to society

　はじめに。今なお戦争が終わっていません。力による一方的な現状変更は「いかなる地域でも」許されるべきではない、との考えに強く同意し、一刻も早い戦争の終結を切に願っております。

　治療を必要とする方が出来るだけ早く治療につながっていただくための【社会復帰へ向けた支援】をご利用いただき、誠にありがとうございます。ご利用前にご質問をいただくことの多い、その出張費用につきまして少しご説明できればと思いました。
　ホームページ内の【よくあるご質問（FAQ）】にも掲載している通り、当オフィスは福岡で開設しているため、特にご遠方からご依頼をいただく場合、その出張費用は懸念されるところと理解しております。そこで、時間拘束料に関しましては当オフィスの所在地である福岡からの起算ではなく、出張でうかがう場所A（警察署、拘置所、裁判所、面談場所など）とAに最寄りの新幹線駅もしくは空港Bの間で要する時間に関する拘束料を御請求させていただいております。福岡を起算としておりません。但し、交通費に関しましては実費を御請求させていただいております。
　例えば、社会復帰へ向けた支援をご依頼いただき、県外のAへ1時間時間の面談に向かうとします。Aまでは最寄り新幹線駅（もしくは空港）Bから往復1時間かかるため、この場合の時間拘束料は2時間となってまいります。ご不明な点がございましたらお気軽にご質問ください。

　コロナ禍においては大人も子供も、それぞれの立場で様々な制約を受けながら生活を進めてまいりました。新たな発見や楽しみを見出すことばかりではなく、以前は出来ていたことが出来ないもどかしさや苦しみを抱えていてもおかしくありません。
